Through the Sustainability Manager Club, IMS offers the CSRD Capacity Building Program – a series of practical sessions to help companies navigate the new sustainability reporting requirements. These sessions aim to equip sustainability and finance professionals with concrete tools to anticipate obligations and implement robust reporting processes.

In today’s climate of uncertainty around the CSRD, many companies are asking the same question: Will my organisation be subject to reporting obligations? And if not, how should we prepare?The Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for non-listed SMEs (VSME) is emerging as a strategic solution for businesses that fall outside the CSRD scope due to changes in threshold criteria. Additionally, under the Omnibus proposal, large companies within CSRD scope can only request information from their value chain using VSME standards.
